About

Quality should be powerful,
never complicated.

I'm an Automotive Quality Professional with over 11 years of experience, passionate about driving excellence across all areas of quality management.

I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, allowing me to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic business insight.

Throughout my career, I've worked across various quality areas including customer incidents, warranty concerns, project quality, IATF 16949 compliance, process & product audits, and quality control.

Beyond my corporate role, I'm passionate about simplifying and sharing quality knowledge. I've recently authored a practical eBook on career guidance for new engineers, and developed a comprehensive online course focused on 8D problem-solving.

I believe quality should be powerful, but never complicated.
