Quality Management Professional
11+ years in Automotive Manufacturing Quality, turning complex quality challenges into clear and actionable solutions.
About
I'm an Automotive Quality Professional with over 11 years of experience, passionate about driving excellence across all areas of quality management.
I hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, allowing me to combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic business insight.
Throughout my career, I've worked across various quality areas including customer incidents, warranty concerns, project quality, IATF 16949 compliance, process & product audits, and quality control.
Beyond my corporate role, I'm passionate about simplifying and sharing quality knowledge. I've recently authored a practical eBook on career guidance for new engineers, and developed a comprehensive online course focused on 8D problem-solving.
I believe quality should be powerful, but never complicated.

I learned many things as a 2nd year Industrial Engineering Student! I hope I could learn the other D's that are not discussed here!
I have also watched the previous part (D1–D4) of this training. You can realize the combining of theoretical knowledge and shop floor experience.
Really helpful book! It's not just dry theory, it feels like getting honest advice from an experienced professional who's been through it all.
Trainer gives every detail especially on root cause analysis. I would recommend.
I enrolled to this course to refresh my knowledge as a 15 years experienced professional. Training structure and examples are excellent.
Just finished! As a new engineer in quality world, it really helped me understand where I am and what awaits me. Highly recommend!
It has been an amazing experience so far! The instructor explains each step of the process in a clear and engaging way.
Very well explained and good for learning experience.
I truly enjoy learning this, as this is extremely relevant for production environments. Practical and well structured.
